You will support us As a F&B Attendant, you are responsible for welcoming our international guests in our various R&B areas and sharing your passion and knowledge in food and beverages to them! You support us in our bar, our restaurants, our room service and banquet area especially in the evening under the week You can support us between 23.25 and 31 hours a week You pick up our guests' food and drink orders and pass them on accordingly You have an open ear for any criticism or complaints of our guests and you know how to deal with it You can express food and drink recommendations to our guests and are always up to date with F&B trends

What we want from you You own the host gene and your heart beats for the R&B area You are proud to represent the hotel and your friendliness and passion come from heart You are committed and at any time fire and flame to make the stay of our guests from all over the world an unforgettable experience from arrival to departure. You speak well German and English You are ready to work especially in the evening At best you already have a completed training in the hotel industry/gastronomy and/or professional experience in the service
