We are looking for a home technician/plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d) with the following tasks and requirements for our renowned facility management customer from Stuttgart:

Tasks

• Coordination and safeguarding of maintenance measures (inspections, maintenance, regular tours, small repairs, etc.) in coordination with the responsible facility manager

Profile

• Complete technical training (e.g. as a plant mechanic heating air conditioning sanitation, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration, heating builder, ventilation builder)
• Technical and cross-structural understanding and craftsmanship
• Multiannual professional experience
• Commitment and independent work
• Self-safe appearance and team-oriented working
• A Class B driving licence (old 3) completes your profile
