Promoting strategy development and implementation for MEAG including the development of strategic initiatives and ideas in close cooperation with various business units Supporting the organisation in the ongoing development in the sense of a high-growth and innovative asset manager (including the management of digitization and transformation projects as well as discussion of innovative business initiatives) Initialisation and implementation of strategic analyses (e.g. market/competitive strategies, relevant developments and trends in asset management and beyond) Supporting the decision-making of management, including through the design and implementation of workshops, preparation of decision-making templates and presentations for management

Very well completed studies, preferably in economics or STEM subjects Understanding strategic issues in the Financial Services Industry – ideally focusing on asset management At least 4 years of experience in managing strategic projects in a strategy consulting or an intra-group strategy function Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as structured, independent and above all result-oriented working methods High team competence, strong reliability, strong communication skills and convincing appearance Excellent German and English skills (C1) as well as excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
