Self-governing of the Secretariat Processing of the incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mails, letters, telephone calls) in German and English appointment and travel planning as well as organizing meetings and visit dates Sights and distribution of the entry and document management and contract management Organisation of conferences of our internal bodies such as Supervisory Board meetings, shareholder meetings and the management of the associated protocols and decisions Pre- and post-preparation of board meetings at our international locations, as well as the management and follow-up of meeting protocols, decisions, contracts, applications and other documents

Training: completed commercial training or training as a foreign language secretary, economic assistant or comparable qualification Experiences and know-how: multi-year professional experience in a similar position, safe handling of MS Office applications Language: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personality: Structured and independent working, team capacity, trusted and responsible
