In order to strengthen our legal team, we are looking for a syndicated lawyer – a focus on corporate law at the next possible time. In this role, home office and mobile work within Germany is possible on a total of 9 days/month (based on a full-time activity). () DAW counts man. You take over the legal care of all companies of the DAW Group in Germany and abroad, with a focus on commercial and corporate law, as well as on all business-related business law issues. You are responsible for the comprehensive legal support of corporate transactions in multidisciplinary transaction teams. You are engaged in judicial and extrajudicial disputes in the aforementioned jurisdictions, if necessary in cooperation with external law firms. You support our Legal Operations tools, especially when developing existing and implementing new Legal Tech tools.

You're a full lawyer with an above-average degree. You have deeper knowledge in the field of commercial and corporate law. You have gained professional experience in an economic company or a law firm. You have the pleasure of working independently, precisely in an industrial company. You are a strong team player and have a “hands-on mentality”. You have an affinity for working with digital tools. You have knowledge of the English language.
