ENF BFY GmbH is a production site with around 100 employees in the Bavarian town of Faulbach. The focus of production is on the production of protein, fruit and nut bars. Since 2023, ENF BFY has been part of the Ferrero Group. With 39 brands sold in more than 170 countries, this is one of the world's largest confectionery companies (Sweet Packaged Food). Ferrero is already in third generation and is still in family ownership. Support of the production team at the Faulbach site in the area of “Better for You” snacks as well as cooperation in the operating daily business Insight and cooperation in the production processes Participation in the analysis of production lines and the processing, processing and evaluation of the data Close cooperation with production masters and technology Support for work security measures
