Management of construction projects of complex simple construction measures and technical and economic project management Ensuring project objectives, compliance with costs, dates and qualities Creation of specific requirements/performance descriptions for commissioning the building administration or third parties Perception of the building function and accompaniment in the planning of construction tasks of the BImA, in the function of the project manager on the part of the BImA Coordination and interface management to the building management/owner and contractor representation in relation to the building management and external project participants Project management including risk management in the process on the part of BImA during the planning, implementation and handover of the building task Support of the headquarters (construction management), implementation of technical instructions Technical/constructional opinions and opinions in particularly difficult cases, warranty control Project implementation, if necessary, in various award models such as GU/GÜ, MPV or PPP procedures, with and without construction management Assessment of alternative offers on conformity with the project objectives Technical examination of applications for rental and user-owned construction tasks Determination and verification of costs

Qualification: Completed university studies (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Technical Building Equipment, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or another comparable technical discipline Competences: At least three years of practical experience Funded experience in project management Multiannual experience in the planning and implementation of major new, re- and extension measures Knowledge of legal and administrative provisions relating to public works, including RBBau, VHB, VOB, UVgO, VgV, HOAI, Landesbauordnung, DIN, BFR GBestand, BFR Verm, GEG, GEIG General knowledge of facility management Knowledge in the field of sustainable building/guide Sustainable building Knowledge of barrier-free construction Secure IT user knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Project or the willingness to acquire them is essential Further requirements: Green and careful operation with high reliability Very good organisational skills, capacity for economic thinking and action Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding High self-initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / address-oriented behavior, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and strong social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make (difficult) decisions and take responsibility Willingness to participate in (tlw. multi-day) training throughout the federal territory as well as regular missions within the jurisdiction driving licence class B/3 and the willingness to run service car
