For our customers in a central location in Leipzig we are now looking for a dedicated Facility Manager / Haustechniker (m/w/d) as part of the employee transfer. In this varied position, you take over the technical support of the object, ensure the reliable operation of the technical installations and assist in maintenance, repair and maintenance work.

♪ Your future task:

• Ensuring trouble-free operation of the industrial plants and facilities
• small repairs and maintenance and maintenance work
• Regular control and monitoring of technical building equipment
• Detection and elimination of simple disturbances and coordination of external service providers in major measures
• Implementation of object visits and technical control procedures
• Contact persons for internal contact persons, craft businesses and foreign companies
• Careful documentation of the work carried out

Your profile for Facility Manager / Haustechniker (m/w/d) – from €19.50/h:

• Successfully completed artisanal or technical vocational training, for example as electricians, plant mechanics, mechatronics, locksmiths, house technicians or in a comparable profession
• First experiences in facility management, in building technology or technical object care are advantageous
• Technical understanding and pronounced craftsmanship
• Self-responsible, reliable and solution-oriented operation
• Team spirit, service orientation and a friendly appearance
• Willingness to work in day shift from Monday to Friday
