Accompanying digitalization in the context of global HR transformation projects from the first idea to the Go-live Supporting our global and local HR teams to advance SAP SuccessFactors Assessment, design and implementation of specialist requirements in close cooperation with HR teams Close cooperation with our external implementation partner in project phases and ongoing operation Support in the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into the existing system landscape Active participation throughout the entire project cycle – from workshops to implementation phase to operation after completion Take responsibility for efficient processes, change and incident management, and ensure audit-compliant processes Analysis and solution of complex error images within 3rd level support After successful introduction: takeover of the deputy team management for our global HR IT team

Multiannual professional experience in project management, with IT and HR focus Funded knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially in Employee Central, further modules are advantageous Very good understanding of the value chain as well as strong business know-how German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as a high level of communication High degree of process-oriented thinking combined with implementation strength, initiative and hands-on mentality
