You carry out the customer-related monthly billing of electricity and gas deliveries independently. You carefully process and check final and intermediate bills. You'll process the counter readings, debits and reading results. You analyze and clarify accounting-relevant differences and perform corresponding accounting corrections. You process customer requests and complaints in the field of energy billing. You work closely with internal interfaces such as customer service, market communication, network operators and receivable management.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant professional experience in customer accounting or energy management. You have good knowledge of the MS Office products, especially in Excel, and use them in a targeted manner. You are characterized by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working and bringing a high degree of self-initiative. You like to work across areas and as an interface between the departments for smooth communication and cooperation. You have a high IT affinity and ideally have experience with energy accounting processes. You are strong in communication, team-ready and ready to face new challenges in a dynamically changing market.
