You support everyday assistance and primary care activities (body care and hygiene) You provide assistance in a variety of intra-husband activities, e.g. support in the household and preparation of meals You support clients in the planning of leisure activities, including family, friends and acquaintances, as well as social services. You write social and progress reports and work together with clients on individually agreed objectives in the context of individual assistance planning. Together with clients, You explore the will and support the development of an individual perspective for the future You support contact with relatives, legal supervisors inside, doctor inside, therapist *inside and other specialist staff You document their activities in the context of the present documentation
