Our tasks in the field of “RR – Law and Risk Management” at the Pfalzwerken? We are the central competence center for all legal issues and all tasks relating to compliance, audit, governance and special risk management. Whether it comes to creating contracts, contract negotiations, enforcement of claims, safeguarding management and justice, data protection or handling of damages – we have comprehensive expertise and experience. In addition, in the PW Group, we take over central control and design functions in compliance, audit and governance as well as in the special risk management for procurement, trade and portfolio management. We ensure that entrepreneurship always takes place legally and at the same time design spaces are used.

Comprehensive consulting of the company (and, where appropriate, subsidiaries) in all individual and collective labour law issues and the interfaces to other legal areas - in particular social security law Design, examination and negotiation of labour law contracts and regulations, in particular employment, revocation and organ agreements, and business agreements and M&A related topics Conception, development and legal safeguarding of directives, standards and personal policy instruments taking into account current legal and legal situations Responsible handling and management of labour disputes including Process management before courts of all instances Legal advice and support in cooperation with the Works Council, the negotiation and implementation of business agreements, and the legal assessment and monitoring of contractual matters and IT?

Full jury*in with passed Second State Exam Fachanwalt/Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht (at least: successfully passed specialist attorney course) Multiannual professional experience in individual and collective labour law, preferably within a group, in a company, association or an occupational law firm Experience in the independent management of complex negotiations, contractual arrangements (e.g. organ, lifting, operating arrangements) and in M&A contexts Proven process and negotiation experience in courts of all instances and several years of experience in dealing with works councils Very good knowledge of the assessment of legislative changes and jurisdiction as well as the derivation of pragmatic, business-oriented recommendations
