Quality management | Lichtenau (at Chemnitz) | Full time | Unlimited

In your role as Team Lead Quality Assurance, you ensure the product and process quality at the site and are responsible for consistent compliance with relevant guidelines, standards and internal quality standards (including ISO 9001, HACCP and IFS HPC). You organize and control the goods receipt and shipping controls for raw materials, active ingredients, packaging and finished products and ensure a consistently high quality along the entire process chain. In doing so, the QS team, including the laboratory's deployment planning, will lead and coordinate the shift system and ensure efficient cooperation in day-to-day business. You are responsible for chemical-physical analyses, statistical tests and test equipment monitoring and accompany release processes for production and plants. In addition, you process and evaluate complaints from the supplier, customer and internal environment, take action and drive forward the sustainable process improvement. With your understanding of quality, you will develop test plans, work and hygiene instructions, as well as QS documentation, train employees from production and quality assurance, and provide comprehensive standards.
