Application Support Specialist (m/f/d)

You maintain and develop our central specialist applications in the PKV environment (application, contract, performance). You take over the management of IT business projects taking into account time, budget and resources. You act as an interface between departments and IT and translate technical requirements into technical solutions. You analyze existing business processes, identify optimization potentials and accompany their implementation in the systems. You create technical and IT concepts as well as specifications for the further development of our applications. You coordinate external service providers and support in tests, releases and quality assurance. You actively drive the digital transformation and bring their own ideas to process and system improvement.

Complete study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification. Experience in application support, business analysis or IT project environment; ideally with project management certification (e.g. IPMA/GPM Level D) Knowledge of the PKV environment (application, contract, performance) is advantageous Experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes. Ideally knowledge of common methods and tools (e.g. Jira/Confluence). Structured, analytical methods and ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible manner. Communication strength and safe occurrence in exchange with departments and IT. Own initiative, team spirit and sense of responsibility.
