Junior Projektleiter*in (m/w/d)

At the earliest possible date, the body must be permanently occupied in full and part-time employment for at least 24 months. Your tasks:

Support of the project management in the planning, control and implementation of new, re- and expansion buildings in the field of hospital technology and construction technology over all phases of the HOAI Participation in coordination of internal and external project participants (construction companies, authorities) Participation of time, cost and quality controls in all project phases Support in the examination of planning documents Documentation of project progress and support in reporting Participation in ensuring compliance with legal, structural and hygienic requirements

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, utility technology, building technology, architecture or comparable qualification (e.g. state-tested technicians with a focus on building technology or TGA) First professional experience in construction or TGA project management, ideally desirable in hospital construction or public construction Basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN, VDI, ArbStättV) Embossed organisational skills, initiative and structured working Team skills and communication strength in the interdisciplinary project environment Secure handling of MS Office, MS Project or CAD tools
