Active participation of shopfloor management and implementation of CS actions Close communication with the adjacent departments and responsibility for the professional guidance and training of employees They lead projects for the further development of production using modern technologies Responsibility for monitoring and analysis of important production indicators

A successfully completed study in the field of food technology; Alternatively, a comparable training in the field of food technology Ideally practical experience in a comparable leadership position as well as initial experience in personnel management Self-responsible and careful operation and good organisational skills Nice-to-have: SAP knowledge, especially in SAP S/4 HANA
