In the Department of Central Functions in the Department of Damage of Allianz Versicherungs-AG, various Centers of Competence of Governance on Fraud Detection, the company doctors are located in damage, the Allianz Center for Technology and the Legal Protection Service GmbH. We are here for the further development of the damage strategy and for the introduction of our expertise e.g. in the automotive sector, in the fraud prevention, around customer enthusiasm and much more in the damage value chain. As Junior Claims Strategy Manager (m/w/d), you can support the department in strategic projects (especially in customer enthusiasm topics) and in all operationally relevant topics.

During our team you will complete a two-year, professional-integrated Master degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management of Steinbeis High School. Junior Claims Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

• Support in strategic projects and acquisition of own subprojects
• Acquisition of tasks under the initiative
• Support in the concept of prevention strategy
• Creation of documents and presentations for various committees
• Development of structured problem descriptions
• Creation and dispatch of communication formats and newsletters
• Support of the Head of Department and its team in operational daily business

• Strategic understanding and safe handling of numbers and calculations
• Very good studies
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
