You plan, coordinate and monitor testing, maintenance and maintenance measures in space air technology and decentralized refrigeration and thermal equipment, including in the radiation protection areas of laboratories You lead a team of craftsmen: women, promote their professional development and create a motivating working environment You document audit and maintenance measures professionally and create the necessary operating and unlocking documents, risk assessments and operational instructions You analyse disorders, develop sustainable solutions and ensure efficient disorder elimination You identify material and service requirements, control procurement processes and coordinate the use of external service providers You plan and accompany smaller conversion, expansion, optimization and renewal measures – from implementation to final documentation

Completed training to:to install:in and heat engineer:in with relevant professional experience in the construction and/or operation of RLT systems or comparable SAP knowledge Including experience in the management of staff from a comparable activity Safe handling of relevant legal requirements, standards and technical regulations Breathability according to G26.2 Radiation protection suitability for professionally exposed persons of category A of the Radiation Protection Regulation Imprinted customer orientation for targeted dialogue with the institutions Cooperative working and communication strength in exchange with colleagues, the team leader and department manager readiness to perform and learn as well as self-initiative and self-employment
