The aim of the company is clear: maximum operational readiness of the vehicles, short service lives and a service that customers can rely on at any time. You are the central contact person for our workshop: You check parts requests, advise on technical questions and provide the required components on time. In direct customer contact, you will process inquiries for the parts and accessories sale and with your expertise for optimal consulting. You manage the entire product cycle from output to withdrawal to professional storage of parts. Carefully book all goods and exits in our system and take care of the digital and physical storage of processes. You take over the independent execution of warranty and cunning cases and are an important interface between customer and manufacturer.

You have a completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics, in the automotive sector or a comparable qualification. You already bring first professional experience in parts and accessories or in a motor vehicle workshop. With your technical understanding of vehicles and your strong customer orientation, you provide expert advice to customers and workshop colleagues. You are safe to use common computer systems, especially MS Office. Your knowledge of German is at a negotiated level (C2). Ideally, you have a class B licence.
