What you do with us

  • Design and development of wireless communication systems and protocols
  • Analysis of standardization contributions, observation of technology trends, identification of improvements and development of technical solutions under the 3GPP standardization
  • Participation in standardization meetings and presentation of relevant proposals in the 3GPP working groups of RAN

The focus is on mobility improvements, advanced channel measurements and signaling, optimization of network functions, interfaces and protocols. The focus is on interoperability between different access technologies including fixed wireless access, WLAN, and mobile phones, as well as seamless transitions between different radio access technologies.

University degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD degree) in electrical engineering or equivalent discipline At least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent experience in wireless communication of 5G or 6G technology with a focus on medium Access Schickt (MAC) Analytical, researching skills and creativity Self-motivated, proactive, effective cooperation with internal and external partners and safe occurrence in an international environment Excellent knowledge of English in word and writing

Remarkable: At least 2 years of experience in developing wireless standards in the 3GPP, e.g. RAN1 or RAN2 Experience in signal processing in wireless systems, e.g. LTE or NR Experience in vertical industries, e.g. automotive industry or industrial communication (IIoT)
