Health is a valuable property in our complex world. In order for us to be able to freely shape our lives according to our own wishes, dedicated nursing physicians work in Baden-Württemberg: inside every day with passion for the physical and mental well-being of their patients. The majority of them are organized in the Hausärztinnen- und Hausärzteverband Baden-Württemberg e. V.

With the trust of our around 4,500 members, we shape health and health policy with our ideas and visions. Our goal is to develop the medical care with our thoughts on the pulse of time and to create a medical care for the future that works sustainably.

In order to strengthen our team contract management, we are looking for you at the Stuttgart site in an indefinite setting as Contract Manager / Project Manager (all*) in Healthcare

Contracts & Projects at a glance: You support our HZV contracts and keeps in mind deadlines, votes and next steps. Preparing decisions: You will participate in decision-making templates, presentations and documents for internal and external bodies. You support the preparation, support and follow-up of negotiations on the care centered on the home doctor. Implementation of results: You help translate negotiation results into concrete measures, processes and votes. Connecting interfaces: You communicate with internal disciplines, external partners and other interfaces and do not fear to take over moderation – clear, binding and at eye level. Designing care: You work on topics affecting domestic doctors:inside, practical teams and patients.

Health care & care: You bring a good understanding of healthcare, health policy or utility models and want to introduce this knowledge to actively shape the doctor-centred care (HZV). Readiness to learn: You like to work in new topics, recognize relationships and want to expand your knowledge in contract management, project management and the HZV step by step. Care & responsibility: You work structured, reliable and accurate – keep in mind details and ask if something is unclear. Communication strength: You communicate clearly, bindingly and with different people – whether in the team, with internal interfaces or external partners. Team spirit: You are happy to find solutions together and actively engage in cooperation. Curiosity: You don't have to be able to do anything. It is crucial that you are curious, want to take responsibility and want to develop the HZV together with us.
