IT Service Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Development of standards and processes in the field of after sales service
• Responsibility of IT service management and SLA processes for service delivery.
• First/second level support
• Quality assurance of ITSM processes
• Participation in implementing new topics and processes
• Monitoring of contractual and SLA responsibilities

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable training
• Multiannual professional experience with service delivery or IT service management
• Embossed understanding of ITSM and ITIL; Experience with IT governance.
• Experience in managing and managing employees
• Knowledge of AV technology desirable
• Very good German knowledge and good English skills
