Product Manager (m/w/d)

On the exclusive mission of our client – a renowned company in the food industry with a focus on the refinement of herbal raw materials – we are looking for a dedicated personality as a product manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time. In this key position, you work at the interface between product development, customer, marketing and sales and take responsibility for the successful positioning and marketing of the products. You are directly responsible for the marketing strategy of products for BtB customers – from market launch to positioning to communication of value promises to target groups.

You lead interdisciplinary teams to successfully implement customer projects.

You act as a central start-up and interface for all product-related concerns in the daily business.

You identify market trends and requirements through continuous market observation in the Bakery sector.

You actively support the development and implementation of product strategies and control the market launch of product innovations.

You monitor and analyse the development of sales and earnings, and You derive measures to optimise product profitability.

You support sales through appropriate measures and are responsible for the product-accompanying documentation.

Experience gained in product management or product development in the food sector, knowledge in the field of grain milling products are advantageous.

Completed relevant studies (food technology, ecotrophology, BWL,...) or a comparable qualification.

Good skills in project management, strong communication skills, very good organizational ability

Very good MS Office knowledge, very good German and good English skills
