Monthly project evaluation incl. Coordination with project managers and decision on the forecast and margin (FC margin) Implementation of cost, residual costs and results analyses and monitoring of the project cost profile Creation of deviation analyses and ongoing result monitoring Participation at the end of the month incl. Creation and commentation of project-related management reports Planning, budgeting and forecasting of projects Management and reporting of project risks and potentials Support in the identification and implementation of controlling measures in the project Participation in the creation of claims, in particular with regard to commercial valuation Technical support of project managers in business matters Examination and commentation of commercial terms for offers and orders Approval of BANFen and examination of contractual matters Support in the preparation of accounting bases for price management in cooperation with the project buyer

Complete business studies with a focus on financial and accounting, or a commercial training with further training to the business specialist At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, project or building environment Very good understanding of accounting standards according to HGB and IFRS Experience in the analysis, preparation and visualization of key figures for management reporting Secure handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP Experience with building management software Funded knowledge of contract law according to BGB and VOB Very good MS-Excel knowledge Good knowledge of English in word and writing Driving licence class B (former class 3) and readiness to travel Self-employed, structured and responsible work Safe occurrence, enforcement strength and communication skills Efficiency, flexibility and rapid understanding
