Salesforce Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

You are not a pure developer in the silent Kämmerlein, but a highly consulting personality. You understand the wishes of our customers not only as a work order, but also actively shape the solutions. Together in the team, we translate complex business requirements into optimized process architectures and rely on smart low-code solutions without technical ballast. Planning and implementation come directly from our team – so you have maximum scope for your own ideas. Your core tasks Process consulting and sustainable implementation of demanding salesforce projects as part of our CORE solution portfolio. Conception, design and implementation of Salesforce solutions as part of the system's low-code/no-code options – with the aim of exploiting the full potential through standard-first solutions and minimal code usage. Analysis of existing customer processes, identification of digitalization potentials and translation of business requirements into thought-out, practical concepts. Requirements analysis, process modeling and execution of structured customer workshops, user trainings and tests. Active participation of processes and structures in the team to create context and transparency for customer-driven decisions.

Salesforce Expertise: In-depth technical know-how and sound project experience (at least 3 years), in particular in the core clouds such as sales and service cloud. Process Understanding & Methods: Fast understanding as well as the ability to think analytically, model complex processes and optimize them sustainably. Consultancy & Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand complex technical issues. You bring in a structured way of working and implement solutions independently. Hands-on-Mentality & own initiative: A high self-initiative, pragmatic approach and the encouragement to advance themes independently. Presence: You appreciate personal exchange and are ready to work at least 3 days a week (even more) in our Hamburg office in the Friesenweg in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
