Receptionist for dental practice

We are now looking for a dental practitioner (m/w/d) for the reception of our dental and oral surgery in the heart of Göppingen.

Our practice in Göppingen offers dentistry at the highest level and the entire spectrum of modern dentistry. The field of activity ranges from prophylaxis to pediatric dentistry, all methods of dentistry, fixed dentures, implants and oral surgery measures. The practice has 29 employees and 6 dentists.

To support your colleague at the reception, your tasks are:

Welcome and Instruction of Patients (first contact person in our practice)

You are telephone and personal contact for our patients

You are co-responsible for appointment coordination

Date and Memory Management (Recall)

The work with our practical software completes your task

Your profile:

Experience in the reception area – hotel industry, medical practices etc. ( dental training is not a must)

Rapid opinion

Careful operation

Safe and sovereign appearance in dealing with patients

friendly broadcasting

Self-motivation, ready-to-use and self-responsibility show.

Affinity for digital processes – in dealing with our practical software we train you
