Your job with us

As a sinker (m/w/d), you are an important part of our kitchen team and, together with your colleagues, ensure that our kitchen works smoothly. In a large hotel operation with modern kitchen technology, you can support the kitchen drains by keeping them clean, order and reliable running in the sink area.

You work with modern equipment such as a powerful belt washing machine as well as a professional pot sink and help our kitchen team find optimal working conditions at any time.

Your tasks

• Cleaning of dishes, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
• Operation and maintenance of our modern flushing technology (including belt washing machine and pot sink)
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen area according to our quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• proper sorting and provision of clean dishes and kitchen materials
• Cleaning and maintenance of work areas in the kitchen environment
• Support for smooth running during heavy utilisation times

• First experience in a large kitchen, gastronomy or sink area is of advantage, but no need
• Reliable, careful and independent operation
