Activity description

You are responsible for practical and motivating work with participants in a support centre for people with a migration background. You work closely in a team of Jobcoaches, social pedagogues:inside and other instructors, you work together across the field. The project is aimed at people with migration background. These should be brought to the training and labour market and, where appropriate, to the qualification system. Your location is the city of Hagen.

Your tasks are

• Guidance in the context of project work for stabilization and activation Planning and implementation of action-oriented projects
• Planning and implementation of specialist and targeted support services (individual and small groups)
• Practical instruction and individual guidance of participants
• Determination of the professional skills and skills of participants
• Cooperation with the supportive social education professionals
• Documentation, database maintenance and reporting
• Regular team meetings with case meetings
• Organisation and responsibility for the project area

Provisions

• Complete training or studies in a profession in the fields of health, social and pedagogy. At least one year of professional experience in the guidance or Training of employees, alternatively proven pedagogical suitability, e.g. by master examination, the training examination (AdA) or technician:in- or specialist:in-training with training
• Knowledge of how to handle the participants
• Flexibility and organizational skills
• Formulation-proof handling of the German language as well as very good knowledge in Microsoft WORD, Excel and Outlook as well as the readiness for documentation
• Experience in the work of private educational institutions, contact and service orientation are desirable
