How does your working day look

• implementation of mastery activities, including general maintenance and maintenance of the supervised buildings
• Ensuring order and condition of real estate
• Continuous inspection of technical installations and buildings
• Execution of small repairs and close cooperation with service technicians for more extensive maintenance work
• Detection and documentation of faults and defects

What distinguishes you for the job

• Complete technical training, e.g. plant mechanics, electricians, electronics, locksmiths (gn)
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Class B licence required
• Very good German knowledge to ensure a safe and smooth workflow
