Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As an expert in corporate communication in the semiconductor plant Dresden (m/w/div.), you are responsible for the internal communication strategy in close coordination with the factory management, the personnel sector and other stakeholders. They are responsible for the communication calendar, accompany topics editorially and create content for in-house channels. You are consistent in the messages - whether for Townhalls, Newsletter, Intranet or Infomonitors. They regularly measure the success of your actions. They develop the communication concept along the requirements of the work and advise work management, personnel area and leadership team in communication issues. They support communication activities for external employer attractiveness and are closely associated with work management and communication center. In the event of a crisis, the local emergency crisis team will support you in communication. They control the communication budget and prepare budget decisions. You are in regular and active exchanges with the business division headquarters and Bosch communicators, agree and share and apply best practices. The place is limited to 2 years.
