Manager Expansion - Region Ruhr (m/f/d)

You recognize potentials, develop locations and successfully bring projects to maturity? Then become part of our team and actively shape the expansion. You acquire, identify and evaluate suitable land and development areas You conduct negotiations on land purchases as well as lease, lease and option contracts You develop economic location and usage concepts You control the early project phases (performance phase 1–4) independently – from the first site idea to the granted building permit You develop and create building law in coordination with municipalities, authorities and project partners You coordinate specialist designers, architects and other project participants

A completed study with a focus on real estate or similar qualifications would be desirable. Multiannual professional experience in project development, expansion or property acquisition – ideally in the real estate or trading environment Found experience in the development and control of previous project phases (performance phase 1–4) up to the approval maturity Good knowledge of building planning and construction law Negotiating skills, entrepreneurial thinking and an independent way of working A safe occurrence and enthusiasm for actively promoting projects Travel activities within the region
