In the area of MO/CA – start-up factory & product integration, we assume the global responsibility for the successful start-up of new vehicle models. The TPL Werk & Training Center team is responsible for carrying out all process and product training at our site. As part of your internship, you are part of the Training Center and accompany our coaches in the day-to-day business as well as in implementing measures of realignment of our area. These challenges include: Coordination/Administration of temporary settings for installation Data download and evaluation of data from HR System “FeBe” for installation

Examination for pre-employment and assignment of the necessary qualifications

Creation of training plans

Coordination of coaches

Communication via Outlook into assembly and HR

Compilation of statistics

Administration within the trainings

Supporting the roll-out of a new digital training platform Coordination and documentation of the cross-site activities

Preparation of presentation documents for internal company communication

Participation in meetings and committees for standardizing training concepts

Processing of subprojects to implement the new training strategy

elaboration of optimization proposals on the existing training concepts

The activity can begin from July 2026.

Course of Business Psychology, BWL (with HR Focus), Business Informatics, Education/Adult Education or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage Very good knowledge of MS Office (VBA knowledge of advantage) Team spirit, commitment and communication strength Analytical thinking and a structured, strategic way of working Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
