Lead Engineer Electrical Engineering/Communication Technology (m/f/d)

In order to ensure that we are still well equipped for our tasks for the next few decades, we plan extensive new buildings from office, laboratory and warehouse buildings to an energy supply center in the KTE. In addition, a large number of refurbishment projects are currently available for our existing facilities, in order to keep them up to date. For all our new and refurbishment projects, the team of electrical and control technology in the field of project planning and engineering takes care of the planning and support of all subproject topics relating to communication, safety and security technology, energy supply and information technology. The main tasks are the planning of the plants and facilities, the testing and documentation of technical documents and the support and support in the project execution.

As a lead engineer (m/w/d), you plan and coordinate the teams for the individual subprojects in the Communications Technology Division for new and refurbishment projects in the KTE and are the first professional representative for all internal and external stakeholders. You significantly support the award of services to external contractors (m/w/d), accompany the tendering and awarding process and ensure the contractual implementation of the electrotechnical services. You have a look at the subproject and quality objectives and ensure that experts and experts are involved in the corresponding project phases. You carry out extensive electrotechnical planning services for communication technology themselves and create technical and license-relevant documents. You follow the latest technical developments in the field of communication technology and assess the need and applicability for the KTE.

You have a master's degree in electrical engineering or can demonstrate similar knowledge as lead engineer (m/w/d) with a degree as Bachelor/Technist (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering and extensive professional experience. In the field of communication technology (e.g. radio systems, intercom systems or fire alarm systems), you have been able to demonstrate your technical expertise as a lead engineer (m/w/d) and in electrotechnical planning for several years. You are routined in the interpretation of the subject-specific standards and guidelines to be applied. You live open communication and cooperative cooperation with all the people involved and develop solutions that can be implemented together. You can well organize and coordinate and work structured and targeted. You have German knowledge at least on C1 level and convince with a very good oral and written expressability. Work medical suitability for work in radiation protection control areas, under respiratory protection and in individual cases also under crash protection is required.

According to the Federal Compensation Agreement of the Chemical Industry Baden-Württemberg, the unit is classified in a range between the E 10 T - E 11 T pay groups. On a full-time basis, this currently results in an estimated gross annual fee of between EUR 62,846 and EUR 87,585. This amount includes 12 monthly tariff fees and the annual tariff and the monthly tariff fee. The specific allocation of the grouping takes place according to the relevant tariff requirements.
