Lead Service Manager - SAP ERP (m/w/d)

The Competence Center Application Lifecycle Management is the application provider in the Chief Information Office (CIO). We provide the corporate IT applications for optimal use for our colleagues and secure the operation. Responsibility for the service management of multiple SAP applications (including S/4HANA, GRC, HCM, SRM, Success Factors) Control and coordination of internal and external service providers to ensure a stable and efficient SAP operation Monitoring the compliance of SLAs, KPIs and operational targets, and the initiation of measures in the event of deviations Participation in the architecture of the SAP system landscape Creation and maintenance of IT security concepts and data protection documentation Development of performance descriptions, operational concepts and operational documentation Participation in contract negotiations with external partners and providers Creation and maintenance of cooperation agreements, and monitoring of external performance Support for audits, audits and compliance requirements Definition of IKS controls (internes control system) for system monitoring Conduct service reviews with internal and external service providers

Successfully completed economic or IT studies, alternatively a comparable training At least 5 years of practical experience in service management or in SAP consulting Overarching knowledge in the SAP modules, customizing and programming, as well as mapping processes in the SAP systems Experience in agile environment of advantage Certifications in SAP, as well as ITIL Foundation from V3 desirable Reliability, strong team orientation, and communication skills
