The Fraunhofer Institute Center Stuttgart IZS plays an important role as an impulse point between science and business. It comprises five institutes (Fraunhofer IAO, IBP, IGB, IPA and IRB) and is the second largest research centre of the Fraunhofer Society with an operating budget of over 117.4 million euros, more than 2 000 employees and an area of 100 000 square meters. As an internal service provider, Fraunhofer IZS campus services are responsible for institute-wide tasks at the Forschungscampus Stuttgart. The IZS area ''Building Technology'' focuses on technical building equipment (TGA) as well as maintenance of buildings and supply facilities on the Campus Stuttgart. Leadership: You guide and develop the field of building technology professionally and disciplinefully with eleven directly subordinate employees and live a clear role model function. Campus operation: You support the safe, legally compliant and economical operation of technical facilities and plants and control external service providers. Project management: You conduct engineering projects in the fields of maintenance/maintenance and construction, coordinate planning and execution with your specialist areas and ensure time, cost and quality objectives. Strategy and Performance: You develop the building technology department strategically, raise cost savings potential and establish a system for increasing team efficiency. Culture: You promote an open, trusting team culture, anchor our mission in everyday life and support measures for employers' attractiveness and satisfaction of our employees.

Qualification: Complete studies in energy building technology, utility technology, engineering, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Experience: Found professional practice in building technology Know-how: knowledge in the fields of technical building equipment (TGA), HLK, building renovation and maintenance, energy and resource efficiency as well as project management Leadership: Multiannual leadership experience and a strong economic understanding Personality: A self-employed and service-oriented way of working, sense of responsibility, decision-making and enforcement capability, pronounced organisational and communication skills as well as a high social competence
