An important part of your work is: Your focus is the stable IT operation and the IT development of our external customers. In doing so, you will advise these strategic investments, e.g. in the infrastructure, coordinate IT projects and support the units in key IT topics. You are the central IT interface between all stakeholders at our external clinics (management / stakeholders) and our IT departments as well as other internal and external service providers. You are the IT coordinator, consultant and contact partner for all digitalization and IT project topics. You provide service and project agreements based on defined standards, implement them and report regularly on their status. You take over the cross-border coordination of projects and adaptations to existing IT procedures, promote holistic communication between service providers and service providers. You organize service reviews and management meetings. You cooperate with specialized teams in the application and infrastructure environment.
