Pedagogical Specialist in Child Day Care (m/f/d)

Welcome aboard – we are looking for you as a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) in childhood care!

BurgKita is a place to feel good for up to 50 children – with bright, open spaces full of exciting game materials, a large garden with old trees and a young, dedicated team. Our children love the regular hiking days, sports offers and everything they can experiment, chat or express themselves creatively.

As a cooperation partner of the Kunsthochschule BURG, our Kita is also an exciting field of experimentation and experimentation for students from different disciplines – perhaps soon for you!

Your tasks

As a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) in childcare, you support our team in the care and promotion of children. Among other things, the following tasks await you:

• Care, education and training according to the educational program “formation elementary”
• project work according to situation-oriented approach; Based on Reggio approach
• Monitoring and documentation of children's development processes; Portfolio work
• Parent work
• Responsibility for the daily routine and group events
• Planning of projects/ offers under the participation of children according to age and skills
• Children accompanied by excursions and leisure activities

What you should bring with you

• A completed training as a state-recognized educator/ state-recognized educator or comparable qualification
• Joy in working with children – even if it gets turbulent
• Self-employed and careful work
