Praktikant Customer Experience (m/f/d)

You are actively involved in operating activities in the customer experience and are constantly increasing customer satisfaction together with us. Analyze qualitative and quantitative customer feedback and derive relevant CX metrics (e.g. NPS). You prepare feedbacks, reportings and analyses independently and create presentations for different stakeholders. We actively integrate you into current projects: you participate in relevant meetings and introduce your own ideas.

You are ideally currently studying, preferably in the field of psychology/sociology or communication or communication. Business sciences and inspire you for customer experience. Ideally, you already have first experience in customer experience management. You have an independent, structured and reliable way of working and have fun in cross-departmental communication and teamwork. You have a safe handling of the current MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing are of course for you. You can ideally start in August 2026 and want to complete the internship with us for at least five months.
