Within the 18-month trainee program you will get an insight into the process and organization development department of the BAUHAUS specialist centers. You are responsible for topics such as building and processing organization and process optimization. In addition, you can master the varied daily business as well as various efforts in ambitious projects, together with colleagues who are all in a single line for the future of BAUHAUS.
