Deputy Head of Division: You work closely with your department management, take responsibility for sales and actively shape the success of your department. Creating a shopping experience: With your open-minded way, you actively talk to our customers and make sure You have a great shopping experience, feel welcome and well advised. Creative Visual Merchandising: You implement our creative visual merchandising concepts and present our products attractively and sales-promoting. Onboarding & incorporation: With your department management, you're making sure that new team members have a great start and get in quickly. Creating Memories: At P&C you not only sell clothes. You help our customers turn moments into memories, because every piece of clothing tells their own story.

Your educational path: experience in retail or another service-oriented industry is ideal. A completed vocational training is a plus - but not a must. Your strengths: You are open-minded, service-oriented, organizationally strong and like to pack – but keep quiet when it comes to turbulent. Your interest: You like working in the team and know how to motivate others. You also have fun analyzing sales figures and deriving targeted measures. Your Fashion Love: With your sense of fashion and trends, you make sure that our customers feel well advised.
