The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• You relieve the project leaders in administrative and organizational tasks so that they can focus on the strategic and technical aspects.
• You are responsible for the consistent follow-up of tasks, milestones and open points within the projects to ensure progress and to identify bottlenecks at an early stage.
• You regularly advise and update project status reports, dashboards and other means of communication to ensure transparency about the project progress.
• You organize and co-ordinate project meetings, start aging, record results and follow the implementation of decisions. This also includes the preparation of presentations and decision bases. You act as a communication hub between different stakeholders, internal teams and external partners.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies of BWL, Business Informatics or A. You have a comparable training with relevant professional experience.
• You bring high IT affinity and have already gained experience (min. 1 year) in project management/project assistance in the IT or cyber security environment.
• You like to communicate and are sure in German (C1 level) and English in word and writing.
• You have a structured and self-responsive way of working with a distinct organizational talent.
• You are safe to use common project management tools (e.g. Jira) and Google Workspace (especially sheets, slides).
• You ideally have a basic understanding of cyber security concepts and challenges.
