In the function of the contractor representative (m/w/d), you are responsible for the realization of demanding real estate projects from design, planning, implementation to completion, documentation and handover to the user You participate in the design of the projects and take over the award, control and optimization of planning services You take the vote with the authorities and obtain the necessary permits You negotiate and commission technically complex construction services and are responsible for construction monitoring You take over project management and monitor the timely realization of real estate projects including budget control and quality assurance You coordinate, organize and guide the project team from external service providers and internal departments You prepare the project report for internal decision-making and steering bodies

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture or Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering/Construction You have several years of experience in the field of new buildings, rebuildings and constructions, from conception to successful completion; ideally on the contractor side and first experiences as contractor representatives You have well-founded experience in the project management of demanding construction projects and negotiation with external service providers You are solution-oriented, powerful and working structured and independent You see entrepreneurial thinking and acting, a high service and cost awareness as a matter of course
