In this position you are responsible for the planning, documentation and implementation of qualification and validation projects in the field of pharmaceutical and food.

Responsible planning and control of qualification and validation projects in compliance with GMP guidelines and documentation, in close cooperation with other departments In this role, plan, structure and moderate project meetings and workshops and act as an expert* for the implementation of DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ for installations and spaces according to GMP requirements They collect and assess deviations by means of risk analyses, if necessary Introduction Development of training content for project members Creation and maintenance of SOPs, validation plans and reports, in particular the specific validations of CIP cleaning, heaters (CCPs) and foreign body inspection systems (X-ray or metal detectors), and verification of processes (verification) You are responsible for our quality management by supporting the development of HACCP and hygiene concepts for our wide range of products at the site as well as the selection, design and optimization of technical equipment in the field of manufacturing and filling processes

Successfully completed studies in food technology, process engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field First professional experience in the qualification and validation of plants Technical know-how of machines, plants and processes as well as technical standards and guidelines (e.g. EHEDG, VDMA) in the field of application Knowledge of general GMP requirements and related documentation Confidence with HACCP principles and common food standards IFS, FSSC 22000 and/or BRCGS desirable Systematic, careful and targeted working methods as well as pronounced analytical skills High level of commitment, initiative and organisational talent Representative communication and problem-solving competence Secure handling of MS-Office and SAP Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
