Responsible and professional support and further development of the intermediary according to §§ 34d, 34f, 34h, 34i and 34k GewO Examination and processing of complex authorisation, registration, modification, extension, withdrawal and revocation operations including the legal assessment of the approval requirements Technical support and further development of the intermediary register according to § 11a GewO Construction and implementation of the permit and registration procedures according to § 34k GewO including the conversion of existing loan brokers Development and updating of procedures, work aids and internal standards and implementation of legislative changes Ensuring legal and uniform administrative implementation including quality assurance, certificates and evaluations and reports Advice and support of member companies in the aforementioned area of responsibility

Higher education, preferably in law, administration or economics, and/or many years of relevant professional experience In-depth expertise in the aforementioned tasks, ideally in commercial, administrative or intermediary law Representative consulting, project management and communication skills as well as sovereign occurrence Embossed analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a result-oriented and independent working method Interest in economic policy and economic matters Openness for customer contacts as well as pronounced service and team orientation Stylish-proof German, very good MS-Office knowledge and willingness to continue training Willingness to travel and possession of a passenger ticket (class B)
