Apprenticeship as an aircraft mechanic - Maintenance Technology 2027 (m/f/d)

Aircraft Engineer (m/w/d) of the Maintenance Technology Department monitors the functionality and safety of the aircraft and their systems in aircraft checks. In addition, You overtake aircraft at predetermined intervals and perform non-planable maintenance work. For example, You investigate hull, wings, control, driving and engine for damage, check safety devices, measure electrical systems through and evaluate on-board computers. Individual system components divide them into their individual parts during maintenance.

We expect you to have at least a qualified degree of primary or real school (or a comparable degree). In particular, the focus is placed on the achievements of the main subjects German and mathematics as well as, depending on the training profession, in the scientific subjects (e.g. physics, chemistry and biology) or in the first foreign language. You bring commitment, willingness to learn and ability to concentrate. You agree to participate in an extended security review under the German Security Audit Act. The successful safety review of Level T2 is mandatory for the occupation of the designated training place.

You complete your training with a recognized employer in safe economic conditions. You will be accompanied by competent trainers who will ensure your optimal professional start. Their monthly training fee increases over all three and a half years of training. In the first year it is about €1,293,26 and rises to approx. €1.452.59 gross in the fourth year. You will receive 30 days of holiday per year as well as 24.12. and 31.12. free of charge. You will benefit from the compensation in the form of free time for any overtime. Vocational training is also possible in parttime. After vocational training, the takeover into a working relationship, civil servants or soldiers' relationship will be pursued with appropriate performance. .
