They support our WEG management team with your industry expertise to provide owners with the best possible service. They conduct owner meetings and implement the decisions taken. They accompany the owner community in the event of major conservation measures in the Community facilities, organize and monitor them and coordinate the participating service providers. They regularly communicate with the owners, inform them about important matters and create reports on the financial situation as well as the condition of the property. You have an influence on the development of Buena software: They work closely with our product teams and provide valuable feedback on the current roadmap and new versions of our products.

They have expertise in real estate management as well as the underlying processes and services. They have professional experience in real estate and ideally in the independent care of owners communities. They bring a strong interest in technology and digitalization. They stand up safely and are experienced in the independent care of customers.
