Construction Manager Bridge Dismantling (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored management and support of reconstruction measures on bridges and other infrastructure structures Control and coordination of the project teams and the subcontractors used Development and implementation of suitable rebuilding and construction workflow concepts in cooperation with the technical office and work preparation Planning of personnel, equipment and capacities taking into account the future and economic project objectives Responsibility for compliance with costs, dates, quality and work security Coordination and monitoring of ongoing work on construction sites Implementation of project accounting and support in follow-up management Communication with clients, engineering offices, authorities and other project participants Central contact person for the client during the entire project execution

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification, for example as a construction technician or master Professional experience in construction, ideally in bridge rebuilding, demolition, construction engineering or infrastructure construction Knowledge of contracting and the application of VOB Technical understanding and strong economic thinking Experience in managing and coordinating project teams and entrepreneurs Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and safe occurrence to clients and project partners Willingness to support construction sites in the Rhine-Main area Class B driving licence
