Close cooperation: You support day-to-day management and strategic topics – we work hand in hand Projects under control: You plan and structure operational projects (focus on waste management & logistics) and make sure everything goes according to plan Organizer: You plan internal and external appointments, prepare the content and maintain the results so that no valuable impulse is lost Joint decisions: You prepare data, analyses and concepts so that we can make informed decisions for the future together Rethinking desired: You recognize where there is a need for action – and go proactively on topics Communication: You create understandable presentations and texts for our team and our partners

You have completed studies (e.g. business, communication, politics, management) or comparable professional experience You have analytical skills and a talent to understand complex topics A strong writing and communication skills characterizes you You ideally have experience in logistics or supply chain management You are characterized by organizational talent, sovereignty and a high degree of trustworthiness A structured, solution-oriented and very self-responsible way of working is obvious to you You have knowledge of German (C2) and good English (min. B2) You are familiar with the current MS Office programs You have a class B driver's license and are ready to occasionally take out dates You burn for sustainable topics and ideally have experience in the waste management industry – so you can Classify and implement content in a professionally sound manner
