You take the object and facility management for our locations You manage contracts with suppliers, landlords, power providers and other service providers You process the daily mail – both physically and digitally (fax, email) You take care of the procurement of materials and services You organize business trips and manage relevant insurance You support special tasks, e.g. by organizing and accompanying meeting appointments

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant (m/w/d) for office management, real estate management or a comparable qualification You bring experience in management, facility or contract management You work structured, independent and with a look for detail. You use Microsoft Office securely and retrieve routined with emails, faxes and digital systems You communicate clearly, solution-oriented and at eye level – internally and externally You bring team spirit with you and keep track of multiple tasks You show commitment and flexibility in a variety of tasks in daily business
