Preparation and transmission of monthly pay bills taking into account different working time models, pay methods and tariff, tax and social insurance regulations Examination and settlement of compensatory payments, grants and allowances as well as processing of remuneration deductions (pensions, loan repayments, holiday allowances, etc.) Acquisition and maintenance of accounting-relevant data in SAP and ATOSS, from entry to exit including absence and mistime management Processing of special operations such as part-time, occupational pensions, one-off payments and jubilee funds incl. tax and social insurance legal classification Collection and transmission of social security data and implementation of certification correspondence with authorities, social security institutions, creditors and courts as well as advice from employees on remuneration composition and collective agreements

You have a completed commercial training, ideally as a paybook holder (m/w/d), a tax specialist (m/w/d) or a staff specialist (m/w/d), as well as at least 2–3 years of practical experience in billing As a salary calculator (m/w/d), Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) or HR expert (m/w/d) with a focus on wages and salary, you are welcome to us. Secure handling of SAP (calculation) and ATOSS (time recording) as well as portals such as ELSTER and SV-Net are assumed; very good MS Office skills complete your profile Knowledge of the metal tariff Bayern and/or Baden-Württemberg are a clear plus point Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English in word and writing, a subject-specific additional qualification (e.g. IHK specialist salary) is desirable, but no need Certainness, discretion and a structured way of working are just as important for this role as communication strength in dealing with internal and external contact persons
